- 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 15924732 님, 5년 전Just received my new 34" Ultrawide monitor but this does not work for me. Do I need Java installed for this to work? The N button and the key combinations have no effect... I use Firefox so I don't think Java works with this...

5년 전에 게시됨Hello there! No, there are no external requirements for the extension. Some other reviewers have reported external extensions or apps may affect this one to work. Could you try disabling other extensions and trying again? - 5점 만점에 5점Firefox 사용자 15847717 님, 5년 전Add-on doesn't work, clicking the icon does nothing, and trying the keyboard shortcuts do nothing on several attempts with different Netflix movies. Tried restarting Firefox as well as restarting my PC.
Edit: another app was messing with this one's ability to do it's job. Amending review. - 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 15694250 님, 6년 전I was unable to get the app to work no matter how hard I tried. I read the instructions multiple times. The only issue I can think of if you can't shift and use 1,2,3 because it alts the characters. If that is not the issue, than the extension just doesn't work for me.

6년 전에 게시됨Hi there! Could you try clicking on the extensión button instead of using the keyboard shortcuts to see if it's a problem with the shortcut detection or the extension itself?
