Organize website blocks and CSS cosmetic filters into groups, schedule when they apply, and add strictness hurdles that make bypassing your own rules a deliberate choice.

3. Turn selected websites gray and boring with grayscale groups.
4. Set custom schedules per group — pick active days and times.
5. Take timed breaks with a per-day or per-hour budget — pause group rules for a few minutes, a limited number of times, optionally guarded by their own break password or a delay before breaks happen.
