1. Choose Your Sites: Add the websites where you tend to browse mindlessly (in Settings).
2. Take a Breath: A clean pause screen appears before the site loads.
3. Set Your Intention: Type a quick note explaining why you are visiting—or close the tab if it was just muscle memory.
