TL:DR
Supersearch the web! Type 'ss web paint api' and start learning about the paint api :)

This will search in:

developer.mozilla.org/en-US
developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions
caniuse.com/
whatwg.org

For some sites it will search through a web-engine!
