    it does work though.... Maybe you are misunderstanding, and looking for a traditional adblocker. check out ublock origin

    This is the best extension I have ever used. It does what it says it does. It doesn't require any attention from anyone to do it. It just works. I love this extension because I hate ads. I pay for youtube premium to escape ads and let creators get paid. But, this sponsorship crap is WAY out of control. This fixes yet another piece you youtube that I don't care for.
