SelectBeam Bridge is the free Firefox companion for the SelectBeam VS Code extension. No account, no token, no setup.

Without it, every send from VS Code opens a new AI chat tab. With it, repeat sends refill the SAME tab in ~2 seconds.

Works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok (grok.com + x.com/i/grok) and Copilot. First send opens the chat and auto-fills when it loads. From the second send you pick Last used tab or New chat. It only fills the chat box — it never presses Enter for you.

How it works: keep a chat tab open, send code from VS Code (Ctrl+Alt+A). The tab links itself, polls your local VS Code bridge at http://127.0.0.1:51337, and pastes verifiably. Green badge = linked, amber = VS Code bridge off. Popup shows bridge status, linked tabs and queue, plus port setting.

Privacy: localhost only. No cloud, no analytics, no remote servers. Websites can't reach the bridge — only this extension's Origin is allowed.
Requires the free SelectBeam VS Code extension to be useful, but installs and shows status on its own.
