An extension that adds store purchase links and pricing information to Scryfall card pages.

Adds purchase links for:
- Mana Pool
- Card Kingdom
Allows hiding individual marketplaces, including:
- TCGplayer
- Cardmarket
- Cardhoarder
Shows prices for both regular and foil versions.
Shows prices on store buttons and in the prints section.
