qeth is the companion connector for the qeth desktop wallet
(https://github.com/qeth-wallet/qeth). It injects a standard EIP-1193 Ethereum
provider into web pages so decentralized apps can detect the wallet and request
your account address and transaction approvals.

Your private keys never enter the extension. The desktop app holds them and asks
you to approve or reject each request; the extension cannot sign anything.

The extension contacts no remote servers and has no analytics. It talks to one
place: the qeth wallet on your own machine (127.0.0.1:1248). What it passes
there is the site's origin and the JSON-RPC calls the dapp makes, so the wallet
can show you which site is asking and keep each site's permissions separate.
Firefox discloses this at install through its built-in data consent prompt.

Requires the qeth desktop application and Firefox 140 or later.
