Works great with my polr installation. Be sure to put the full web address including http or https to your polr instance. You can find the API key in the Admin section of your Polr account at the very bottom of the page in the 'Users' section. Make sure you 'Activate' the API.

When you use this extension it automatically copies the shortened link to your clipboard. All you have to do is paste! :)
