v2.0 — Official release

Full rewrite and restructure since v1.5.

What's new:
- Mobalytics support (mobalytics.gg/poe/builds/*)
- Works when clicking through build directories (SPA navigation)
- Instant loading screen — source page never visible on successful redirects
- Error message after 5 seconds if no POB link found, with Go Back and View Build Page options
- Directory pages (maxroll.gg/poe, mobalytics.gg/poe/builds) no longer trigger the extension
- Icon sizes added for Opera and other Chromium-based browsers (16px, 48px, 128px)
- Restructured into chrome/ and firefox/ folders
- Firefox: storage race condition fixed, redirect handled via background.js
