NewTab Studio turns Firefox's new tab page into a customizable desktop-style dashboard.

Features:

• Draggable, resizable widget windows
• Quick Links and Weather enabled by default
• Optional RSS, Pomodoro, Stopwatch, Todo, Quotes, Calendar, Photo, and Embed widgets
• Wallpaper gallery, slideshow support, and glass treatments
• Search and clock block with layout and style controls
• Import/export of your dashboard profile

Dashboard settings, widget layout, timers, wallpapers, and icon overrides are stored locally in Firefox storage. Search queries are sent only to the search engine you choose when you submit the search bar. Weather requests go to Open-Meteo and its geocoding API when you use the weather widget. RSS feeds and favicons are fetched only from URLs you add yourself. NewTab Studio does not send telemetry or sync your dashboard to a developer-controlled server.

Known limitations:

• Some third-party embeds may be blocked by provider frame policies.
• Weather and RSS widgets require network access to the services you configure.
