Negative Sounding is a compact, first-person-inspired navigation game presented as a damaged survey instrument. Pilot a vessel around a small submerged circuit from coordinate 01:01. Turn, move, use sonar to measure clear space ahead, and take photographs at markers A, B, and C. Every action costs one unit of air; colliding with an obstruction costs two. Once the three plates are exposed, return to the launch coordinate to complete the mission. A limited forward optic, a paper-like chart of visited positions, heading and coordinate readouts, and a hydrophone message help players navigate without revealing the full seabed. A complete route is documented in the in-game manual, and Restart begins a new voyage. The mission pauses when the popup closes and resumes from local progress. The interface and rules are entirely in English. No account, external service, advertising, or network access is required.
