- Volume control — YouTube-style expanding volume slider on the video toolbar. Hover the speaker icon to adjust;

- Draggable loop handles — A/B loop markers are now draggable handles on the scrub bar. Drag to reposition loop
  boundaries in real time with visual feedback
- Speed scrubby — Click-drag the speed label left/right to adjust playback speed. Click to reset to 1x. Replaces
  the old speed +/- buttons
- Persistent detection pause — Alt+D now persistently pauses hover detection per-domain (survives reloads).
  Corner status banner shows blocked state
- Link hover toggle — New setting to control whether links pointing to images/videos trigger previews (off by
  default)
- Auto-delete cached rules — New privacy setting to auto-remove cached discovery rules older than 7/30/90 days
- Clear all cached rules — One-click button to wipe all cached rules with confirmation
- Per-domain canary clear — Clear canary pairs for individual domains from the cached rules detail view
- URL masking — Toggle to mask/unmask URLs in cached rule details for privacy
- Improved settings search — Synonym expansion (e.g., "volume" finds "mute", "zoom" finds "magnify")

- Smoother scrub bar seeking with requestAnimationFrame throttling and fastSeek()
- Better reverse/bounce playback using wall-clock timing instead of fixed frame steps
- Correct play/pause icon state during bounce mode
- Standalone viewer: no initial position flash, responsive resize on window change
- Confirmation dialog on "Clear all data" in privacy settings
- Discovery cache: write-coalescing (500ms debounce) and DOM scan caching reduce I/O
- Session key persistence in Chrome MV3 (survives service worker restarts)
- Toolbar layout reorganized — video controls grouped, utility actions in trailing group

- Fixed loop failing to wrap when B point is near video end
- Fixed playback escaping loop range due to browser race conditions
- Fixed video memory leak on popup dismiss (decoder instances not released)
