Removes header with borrowing controls from the page while reading a book from Archive.org.

Steps:

After borrowing a book. Click on the button hide in order to remove the header.
Toggle the full screen to maximize the book.
Click on show if you wish to show the borrowing controls again.

You still have to borrow the book nevertheless, the plugin just hides the section where it shows a button to borrow again while you are reading.
