Open Instagram and go straight to the native Following feed. Just Following helps you keep up with the people you follow while hiding common distractions.

Choose what to hide from the toolbar popup:
• Explore recommendations, while keeping native account search.
• The dedicated Reels feed, while keeping videos and Reels in Following and on profiles you deliberately open, including accounts you do not follow.
• Labeled suggestions, suggested accounts, sponsored posts, and paid partnerships in Following.
• Stories links and the Stories rail. Stories stay available by default.

Your native posts, profiles, likes, comments, saves, carousels, search, messages, and signed-in account remain available. Your preferences apply automatically and can be reset from the popup.

Privacy: preferences are saved only in this browser. Just Following has no analytics, telemetry, developer-operated backend, or account scraping. It does not collect or transmit your personal data.

Works on Instagram’s website in Firefox 142+ and compatible Zen versions. This initial release is designed for Instagram’s English interface. Filtering depends on Instagram’s page structure and visible labels; it is not a network-level ad blocker. Videos and Reels opened directly in a new tab may return to Following when the extension cannot confirm they came from a feed or profile you opened.
