Fixes for chrome extension

• Browser vendor detection is set in build-time instead of in runtime.
  "Beginning in Chrome 144, all Chrome Extension APIs are also available
  under the browser namespace". The attributes browser and chrome was
  used to distinguish between Mozilla and Chrome.
• Fix identification of bookmarks built-in root folders. Bookmark id
  is not fixed anymore, instead use folderType available from Chrome 134.
  Bump major version since this breaks backward compatibility (in Chrome).

* Use addon manifest v3.
* Add json bookmarks file format v3 which fixes issue when "/" exists in folder names.

Update add-on to be independent on system language. Builtin root node names "Bookmarks bar" and "Other bookmarks" assumed to always be in English, which caused add-on to not work with other system languages.

Add links to origin of third party libraries

* Add status notification with import statistics.
* Fix fault handling when loading unexpected file.

* Add new file format v2 and bump version.
* Change ui layout.
