FormPix Studio prepares images for online forms, social media and web development directly in Firefox.
Main features:
- Crop images visually by dragging the preview.
- Resize to exact dimensions while preserving the aspect ratio.
- Convert images to JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF when supported.
- Preserve PNG and WebP transparency.
- Replace a plain white background with transparency.
- Set a white or custom background for JPEG exports.
- Automatically optimize images below a target size such as 100 KB, 500 KB or 1 MB.
- Use presets for profile pictures, online forms, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Open Graph and Full HD.
- Compare the original image with the optimized result.
- Process several images in a local batch queue.
- Open images from the Firefox context menu.
- Remove EXIF and source metadata during re-encoding.
- Keep an optional local export history.
- Use the interface in 20 languages.
Privacy is central to FormPix Studio. Images are processed locally in Firefox and are never uploaded to the developer. The extension contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, remote scripts or user accounts.
Website access is optional and is requested only when the user explicitly imports an image through the context menu.
