Record a task in your browser once. FlowHop turns every click into a clear step with a screenshot – ready to share as a guide, SOP or work instruction. When the software changes, update the guide in minutes and send your team a short video of what changed.

RECORD (FREE)
• Click through any web app as normal. Each click, choice and typed field becomes a step with a screenshot and plain-English wording ("Click Save", "Select Australia for Country").
• Passwords, card and ID numbers are blurred automatically. Blur anything else by hand.
• Edit the wording, reorder, crop, zoom and add tips and text steps.
• Download as a web page, or import a guide someone sent you and follow it with ▶ Play: FlowHop highlights each button on the real website.

KEEP GUIDES CURRENT (BUSINESS)
• Update this step: the page opens, the button is ringed, you click it, and the step is updated in place. Your tips and arrows stay, and renamed buttons update the wording.
• Update all: capture a changed screen once and every guide that uses it is updated. Review before → after, then issue every new version together.
• Numbered on-screen steps guide you through each update.
• Versions with "What's changed" in every download, document IDs, owners and review reminders.
• Clean screenshots for test systems: hide "SIT/UAT" banners and swap test data while recording, so guides look like the live system.
• Broken-step checker: flags steps that may no longer match the website.

TELL YOUR TEAM – AS A REEL (BUSINESS)
• Send updates to your workforce as a 30-second video: before → after, with captions. It plays in Teams, email or on a phone (MP4, 16:9 or 9:16).
• Ready-made update emails for Outlook, Gmail or any mail app, with distribution lists, a PDF attached and a "Confirm you've read this" button that links to your own Microsoft or Google Form.
• Walkthrough reels and a system overview video for new starters.
• Enablement packs: record several tasks in a row and get one handbook.

• Word, PDF and Markdown downloads with your logo and colours, and no FlowHop credit.

PLANS
• Free: record, edit, blur, web-page download, Guide Me.
• Pro: A$79 a year or A$9 a month.
• Business: A$199 a year or A$24 a month.
• Every install can try paid features 3 times free. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Cancel any time – your guides stay on your computer and stay editable.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Guides and screenshots stay on your computer, encrypted. There are no FlowHop servers. Nothing is uploaded, shared or sold.
• FlowHop never sends email for you. Your own mail app does, and your distribution lists stay on your computer.
• The only network request is a licence check with our payment provider, ExtensionPay.

PERMISSIONS, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
• Active tab and scripting: records the page you choose, only while you're recording, updating or playing a guide.
• Storage: keeps your guides and settings on your computer.
• Alarms: checks review dates once in a while, so the icon can remind you.
• Access to all websites is optional and off by default. Switch on "Follow me to any website" in Settings if you want recording to continue across websites without a click.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Auto-redact and the broken-step checker help you catch problems, but they can't guarantee to find everything – always check a guide before you share it.
• FlowHop doesn't track who opens or reads your updates. The "Confirm you've read this" button links to your own Microsoft or Google Form, which records the responses.
• AI polish and translate use the AI built into Chrome and Edge, so they aren't available in Firefox.
