Flow does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
Data storage: Flow stores your blocking preferences locally on your device using the browser's extension storage API (chrome.storage.sync / browser.storage.sync). This data never leaves your device.
No telemetry: Flow does not include any analytics, tracking pixels, or telemetry. It does not send any data to any server.
Permissions:
- "storage" — used only to save your toggle preferences locally.
- "tabs" — used to detect and manage new-tab blocking behavior.
- Host permissions (youtube.com, reddit.com, x.com, twitter.com) — used solely to inject the CSS/JS that hides distracting page elements. No page content is read, collected, or transmitted.
No third-party services: Flow does not communicate with any third-party service.
