Dropout is now using the subdomain watch.dropout.tv, which the extension does not currently run on.
This version works on the watch.dropout.tv domain

Fix bug where importing with overwrite could not remove season episode progress.

Add options page for the extension.
The option page allows export and import of the stored progress to/from a file.
This is helpful when e.g. moving from chrome to firefox

Add workaround for a firefox bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1372649) that prevented the plugin from storing and jumping to the last-watched part of a video.
