BlueQuote is a browser extension that turns selected text from a web page into a quote card. This policy explains what data is accessed and how it is used.

Data BlueQuote Accesses:
- Selected text on the current page (to create the quote).
- Page metadata such as author and open-graph image (to enrich the card).
- Page title and URL (to show source info and name exported images).

How Data Is Used:
The data is used only to render the quote card and support the export feature. BlueQuote does not sell, share, or monetize user data.

Storage:
BlueQuote temporarily stores selected text and metadata locally in the browser to pass data between the context menu and the popup UI. This data is cleared after use.

Data Sharing:
BlueQuote does not transmit or share your data with any third parties.

Security:
BlueQuote operates locally in the browser and does not send user data to external servers.
