Better UBS

Better UBS is an unofficial browser extension that makes İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University’s UBS easier and more predictable to use.

What it improves

• Opens UBS links in the current tab when the website would otherwise force them into a new tab.
• Preserves standard browser controls: middle-click, Ctrl-click, Cmd-click, and Shift-click continue to work normally.
• Restores the browser’s right-click context menu on student class pages.
• Fixes hash-based course-detail tab links, such as #4.
• Clears previously remembered course-detail tabs when a page is opened without a hash, allowing it to start from the correct default tab.

The extension does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share user data.
