Amazon product links are full of tracking junk. This extension removes it with one click.
Click the toolbar button (or press Alt+Shift+A) on any Amazon tab and Amazon URL Fixer will:
โข Reduce product URLs to https://www.amazon.com/dp/ASIN. Regional stores such as amazon.co.uk, amazon.de and amazon.ca keep their own host. โข On other Amazon pages, like search results, keep the path and the parts of the query that matter (search terms, department, filters) and strip the tracking parameters and /ref= segments. โข Copy the clean URL to your clipboard, ready to paste into a message or a note. โข Reload the tab to the clean URL, so the address bar shows the short link too.
A check mark flashes on the button when it worked, and an X if the tab is not an Amazon page.
