TVSubs - Add TV Shows to Youtube sɣur TestPenguin

Inject external items into YouTube's Subscriptions feed that look like videos but link elsewhere.

Features
• Follow any show by name and TVSubs will pull the newest two episodes via the TVMaze API.
• Cards display real air dates, durations, and fallback artwork so they blend in alongside YouTube uploads.
• External links are clearly labelled and open in a separate tab

How to use
1. Install the extension and open the TVSubs popup.
2. Enter a show name and the destination link you want (official site, streaming app, etc.).
3. Visit https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions and refresh — the newest two episodes per show appear as external cards.
4. You can unfollow shows or change their link at any time from the popup.

Privacy & data collection
• No sign-in is required.
• The extension does not collect, store, or transmit personal data.
• Requests are made only to YouTube (to insert the cards) and TVMaze (to fetch public episode metadata).
• All data stays in your browser’s local storage.

Permissions
• storage — used to save the list of followed shows and chosen links.
• https://www.youtube.com/ — required to inject the cards on the Subscriptions feed.
• https://api.tvmaze.com/ — used to download episode titles, thumbnails, and air dates.
