Tab reload on select passive sɣur Crumb

The purpose of the add-on is to automatically reload tabs when you click on them. There's an option of bypassing cache while reloading. Only those tabs are affected which had previously been pointed at: you click on a tab, toggle the add-on's button into 'active', and the add-on makes sure that, when you come back to the tab after a set period of time, the page will be reloaded on click.

This add-on is almost an exact replica of 'Tab reload on select'. All the credit goes to syranez, the author. The source code is taken from it, a minimum change concerns the behaviour. In the original add-on, the button is active by default and all new tabs automatically become subjects to reloading. To disable reloading, you'll have to go over them and toggle the button. While here, the button is disabled, and you manually add reloading to the tabs you want to be reloaded. Fewer clicks.

Hope, someone will avail of it. Not being a professional developer, I intruded into the add-on just for this small change. So, do not expect me to support it.
