Send the currently active tab's URL to a Discord channel via a Webhook. Simply install the extension, save a Webhook URL in it's Options page and start saving.
The Discord logo will appear in the URL bar when the addon is active, clicking it once will send the current URL to the Discord Channel.
If you don't setup a webhook beforehand, clicking the Icon will do nothing
