Reload button sɣur kiheru

Adds a reload button to the browser toolbar. This is meant to accompany the stop button extension, so that they together provide separate stop and reload buttons, instead of the standard combined button.

The button appears by default on the right side of the window. Use the customize mode to move it to your preferred location.
