New in 2.4.0 for those who never close their favorite browser, it's now possible to adjust automatic sync. Previously it was once the browser starts but that doesn't seem enough for certain users!

Head to the options page and change it so it syncs every given time.

We're using a new API for Alarms so it requests a new permission.
