Floating Note adds a small, draggable floating button to every page. Click it (or press Alt+Q) to open a note panel right where you are — no tab-switching, no separate app.

• Tags, full-text search, and an "all notes" board that groups everything by site
• Draggable, resizable panel that remembers its size and position
