The extention changes the caption language to Arabic and there is nothing you can do about it. Not sure if the developers are arabic and missed this, or if it just because it is the first language in the list, but it is very frustrating. Even more frustrating than the sponsor-sections.
I hope they fix the bug so that i can re-install the extention.

Please check the other extensions you have installed. There is nothing it does that should be able to do something like that
