Tap Video: Rewind & Forward brings the familiar double-tap seek gesture — the one you already know from mobile video apps — to any video on the web.

— Double-tap the left half of a video to rewind (seek back) 10 seconds
— Double-tap the right half to fast-forward (skip ahead) 10 seconds
— Works across virtually any player: native browser video, custom web players, streaming sites — not just one platform
— Tested and working on both desktop and mobile/tablet touchscreens in Firefox for Android — touch gestures on mobile are notoriously harder to get right than mouse clicks on desktop, since many players and even the browser itself intercept taps before a script ever sees them
— A brief on-screen indicator confirms each seek
— Single taps, dragging the progress bar, and volume controls are never touched — the extension only reacts to a confirmed double-tap, everything else passes through untouched
— No ads, no tracking, no data collection of any kind
