By default, it'll keep the cache up to date as you add, edit, and remove bookmarks but if you have a lot of bookmarks, this could slow it down. Disable it to only refresh the cache on your terms.Right click on any of your bookmark folders to load a random bookmark from it.

Does not work with Firefox for Android unfortunately as of the last update of this add-on, add-ons are not able to access bookmarks on android.
