no-shorts removes YouTube Shorts from your browsing experience — completely.

What it does:
- Hides Shorts shelves, cards, and the Shorts tab everywhere they appear: home feed, subscriptions, search results, channel pages, the sidebar, and the mobile pivot bar.
- Redirects any youtube.com/shorts/<id> link to the regular /watch?v=<id> player, so links you click or paste still play — just in the normal player instead of the Shorts feed.
- Works on both desktop YouTube and the mobile site.

Privacy:
No accounts, no tracking, no data collection of any kind. The extension only reads the YouTube page you're already on to hide elements and rewrite the URL — nothing is sent anywhere.

Permissions explained:
- access to youtube.com is used solely to redirect /shorts/ URLs to the normal player, entirely on-device.
