Please note! That plugin WILL NOT play encrypted and DRM protected streams such as Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO and others. It plays only regular plain web videos where source URL could be detected. How it works: The plugin detects when HTML 5 video is being played and presents a Cast button in browser's toolbar section. Once clicked it redirects to a native Android View that connects to Fire TV device and cast the video. In case the backend app is not installed it redirects to Google Play Store app where it could be downloaded. You can always download the backend service manually from Google Play Store
