Inline Translator

It is ok extension when it works. Almost all the time, I see only message that translator is not loaded, reload the browser.
In addition, if your internet goes down, and try to open some local page (for example, modem admin panel) it will froze browser for about 30 sec. I'm assuming it is trying to load the translator at that time.
