Best YouTube extension. Any chance to update for the new Firefox 57 running on Quantum engine?
Please update this wonderful script for the new firefox system :(
The video player resize works on Firefox developer edition but doesn't work on firefox Ubuntu. Also the toolbar of video doesn't resize. Its still small. Please fix these issues.
Please make resize bar less visible. And even better opportunity to consolidate the position and not to show resize bar.
Completely breaks Youtube's layout
It causes the audio to crackle and the video to freeze any time you move the mouse while watching a video.
Everything has been working well for me until today. I accidently dragged the youtube-window to the upper left corner so it was resized to nothing. There is no playerbar left, no video at all im just hearing sounds. A reset button for the resizer should be included, i can´t use the plugin as long as this continues. Keep up the good work though!
Thank you for trying my add-on.
To reset the size, just clear the cookies and you should be OK again :)
I registered just to review this awesome addon, after the changes in youtube it was kinda broken but the rev181 came out quickly and it's working great as always.
This addon is fantastic, I wish I had found it much sooner...
Because just as I found it, youtube introduced its new layout with the player centered instead of aligned to the left. I liked the previous design much better because it allowed me to have another window open on the right side of the screen.
Is there any way this addon could allow us to resize the youtube player towards the left side of the screen in a future version?
The Add-on works as it should, but I ran into an issue when I go into and then out of fullscreen. When I try to resize the video after exiting fullscreen, the player will chance size on its own. Everytime I try and grab onto the bar on the right side of the player, it will get bigger. When I try it again so I can make it smaller, it will get bigger again. I'm running FF 26.0. If this is a problem with the add-on and can be fixed, I would rate it higher.
works absolutly fine, i was dreaming of that.
As per the title, fully functional, does exactly what you'd expect. Very useful addon especially if your internet necessitates watching in 360 or 480p and you want something a little larger than default, but not the blurry mess of fullscreen.
Working as of 29th October 2013. Version 24.0
Funktioniert tadellos- great job - Top Empfehlung
Yes, doesn't work anymore :(
Please fix. One of my favorite addons
Amazing add-on! Sadly, just recently it stopped working, maybe Youtube updated some things on their site. Hoping for a fix for this great add-on!
EDIT: Ok now it works again without any update :)
Absolutely wonderful. The only problem I have is that after I adjust the video, I will move the mouse to the right and once it hits the line to adjust size the video will continually adjust larger and larger until the line is off the screen. It would be nice if that doesn't happen.
A great idea and improved YouTube no end. However, it has stopped working now on all my computers so I guess YouTube has changed its design.
It does what it says, but not the way it should.
First of all, even on my at least somewhat upscale computer, having this on makes the videos lag (framerate drop) and the video is unwatchable. I've never had problems like this until I found this addon.
Second of all, I think it would only make sense to resize the video only if you grab the handle at the side. For me, clicking and dragging (usually accidentally) on the video anywhere will resize it which can get annoying.
Good start, but needs some major bug fixes!!!
i love this addon, it really works. but i think it lacks an option to remember the size and it should auto resize to the last dragged size. even better, it could fetch the screen resoultion and work out the perfect size automatically! hope there helps :D
I love this add-on! Thanks for the great work!
Thanks, I uninstalled and reinstalled it and everything is working fine.
It should be working for 16.0.2 also. Try restarting Firefox.
There may also be some other add-on installed that is blocking this one.
