Giuseppe Verdi's Messa da Requiem, recorded live at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan on 27th and 28th August 2012. Conducted by Daniel Barenboim, it features some of the finest operatic singers of the current generation - Jonas Kaufmann (tenor), René Pape (bass), Anja Harteros (soprano) and Elina Garanča (mezzo-sporano), alongside the Orchestra and Chorus of the Teatro alla Scala.
