it's not supported and not working now because addon and site was reborned as RipMeApp - cool stuff, by the way. Remove it-otherwise everyone will know from its dark past ;0
not working anymore please fix this problem
Delete this... not work anymore... the site dont exist..
Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Keep it up, tho. Nice idea, and useful!
"This add-on is not compatible with your version of Firefox".
Keep getting this response when I try to run addon.
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
well, that's a ... different way of going about it! primarily i thought it would just be handy for tumbling but the concept goes far beyond that. quite simply the site does what spider/crawler programs do, then lets you download it as one zip (per blog or gallery) within seconds! they ask you don't use it more than twenty times a day as it's run at a loss on donations.
the addon is not very useful to me though. i always disable googoo scripts. so i have to load the rarchive page first, then 'temporarily allow' the scripts it needs, then refreshing, confirming over eighteen, copy the url in, circumventing the need for this add-on anyway.
then i found it produced invalid zips when it exceeded some limit when spidering tumblr archives (understandable as it sometimes found over four thousand images). the process does remove duplicate files (reblogs) automatically but doesn't tell you where it gave up.
obviously i need some practice and a workaround to enable the script ready. i may even give up on the add-on but i will still like to use the process.
works fine on latest stable Firefox with Imagefap - perfectly integrated, too... I was just expecting the ol' toolbar option but, nope - nice little asthetically pleasing green arrows right next to the gallery title - just click, let 'em compile and then the zip file pops up for dl'.
Only just discovered rarchives a week or so ago, too - place is tooooooooooo good!
Cheers to the people behind this service/browser addon A++
doesn't work on firefox but I haven't tried the homepage application yet
This is a great idea, but the context menu item never shows up. Any known conflicts?
