A convenient and useful add-on for Pale Moon users!! Assegnate 5 su 5 stelle

Nice, just what I needed! I hope you keep support for for older versions of Firefox or based off versions, such as Pale Moon.

Though if you think about it, Pale Moon is forked from Firefox v24 code and keeps up with the current changes of the web, supports many Firefox extension (add-ons) and stays regularly updated (security patches, memory leaks, bug fixes, new futures and improvements). We even have our own GUID to differentiate from Firefox and believe it or not, our very own add-on site that's specifically compatible with Pale Moon.

An excellent tool whose functionality should certainly be built into Firefox.

Great on 32bit Firefox! Doesn't work on 64bit Nightly/Firefox! Assegnate 3 su 5 stelle

It doesn't work at all on 64bit Nightly/Firefox(Windows 10 Preview)! I have to install another Windows 8.1 and Firefox 32bit in order to save Offline Webpage Complete. It would be great/perfect if someone can fix this. Thank you very much!!

No spoiler Assegnate 3 su 5 stelle

Very good results in most cases, even difficult ones, but it does not support the spoiler function in the some forums. Something to be added to this add-on.

Use this to save pages. Assegnate 5 su 5 stelle

Very great and complete way to save pages properly by creating an archive.

Breakage Assegnate 5 su 5 stelle

In Firefox nightly 41.0 the addon saves faulty maff files that don't even reach the kilobyte size (820 byte sized file for maff addon page itself saved locally), inside the maff a directory with just two files found (index.html and index.rtf) and nothing more, no images, no js files, no css, no subdirectories, and index.html file is zeroed.

This is an excellent extension, it's very useful for anyone who wants to keep an exact copy of a page, but it's a shame we can not open our mobile MAFF files created on the desktop. Could you please providing support for Firefox mobile?

Major drawback Assegnate 3 su 5 stelle

This is great in theory and quite nice in practice. But there's a major drawback.

When you save more than one tab into the same archive, it uses numbers to name the archive files for each tab. That makes looking at the archive very onerous. So onerous, in fact, that I'm having doubts about using the add-on at all.

E.g. I used MAFF to save 24 articles for a research project into the same archive file because they are all related. MAFF lets you name the archive container file. But it uses its own naming convention to name each of the saved pages in their own folder. So when you open the archive to look at a specific page, you get:

1429004035919_373
1429004035919_374
1429004035919_375
1429004035919_376
1429004035919_377
1429004035919_378
1429004035919_379
1429004035919_380
1429004035919_381
1429004035919_382
1429004035919_383
1429004035919_384
1429004035919_385
1429004035919_386
1429004035919_387
1429004035919_388
1429004035919_389
1429004035919_390
1429004035919_391
1429004035919_392
1429004035919_393
1429004035919_394
1429004035919_395

Each folder always contains the following files:

index_files
index.html
index.rdf

So if you want to find which of the number-named folders in your archive contains the page you are looking for, its like prospecting for oil. You have to dig open one file, then dig open its html file, to see if its the page you're looking for. Gagghhh!!!

The preferences dialogue allows you to specify that pages be saved using their given web page name. But this only applies in practive to the container file. It would help immensely if it also applied to the tabs. Better still if it could offer some intervening naming step where each page names can be manually edited and/or taken from a list of other page elements. Because some websites use the same generic page name for a variety of pages from the same parent - e.g. "Search Results".

Late review but better late than never Assegnate 5 su 5 stelle

This should already be an integrated feature of Firefox, it shouldn't be an add-on. It's just too good a feature to not include by default really. It makes a big difference to me as I like to save and read offline and archive for reference.

Oh, big by the way to others who may be having problems saving images in Firefox using v 3.0.3. After the recent FF update Save as... stopped working for images. By a process of elimination the culprit turned out to be this add on. So you need to upgrade to this latest version and everything will be restored. The FF update didn't detect the add on as incompatible but something about it is!

That said, thanks and terrific work.

Should Be Rolled into Firefox by Default Assegnate 5 su 5 stelle

Been using this add-on for something like 10 years now, without a hiccup. It should really be rolled into FF by default, to help compete with Safari & IE's 'save page as archive' functions. Immensely useful.

The extension works perfect and as someone wrote before it is simply essential. I had some issues in combination with Print Edit while saving edited webpage as MHTML file in previous versions of both extensions and Firefox - I could not tell which one of the above caused the problem, but IT WAS FIXED IN VERY SHORT TIME and is working flawlessly as before.

An essential!!! I found an incompatibility with Automatic Save Folder, but I was using the beta version, reverting to the stable version of ASF (1.0.4), I fixed the issues on files not been saved.

Issues on dev version Assegnate 4 su 5 stelle

It does not work when it can't connect to internet, after loading the page. On dev version, MAF stops saving pictures. Installed UnMHT which works and does not have any issues like MAF.

This is a wonderful tool as it makes saving html pages so much simpler by placing everything into one file. Works very well.

No Pictures in 35.0 Assegnate 4 su 5 stelle

Having the same problem after updating to 35.0 as Nizaury has with 36b1 - The majority of pictures on the page are not being saved into the archive.

Please fix soon - I use the plugin almost daily and it's going to be very painful to live without it...

Thank You
