This update focuses on the new floating capture workflow, external download support, and MO2 voice-pack discovery tools.

Changes:
• Added optional Floating Capture Controls for browser downloads.
• Added better arm/disarm/follow behavior for capturing downloads from external pages.
• Added Dwemer Mods download support.
• Improved Firefox and Opera/Chromium download capture handling.
• Added a LoversLab Voice Finder inside the MO2 plugin.
• Voice Finder can scan installed LL mods, detect possible installed voice packs, fetch user-provided voice source URLs, list all found downloads, and download selected voice packs to the MO2 downloads folder.
• Added manual match, false match, classification, and ignore controls for voice-pack detection.
• Improved installer handling when native bridge or overlay processes are still running.
• Improved popup and status reporting for active MO2 target/download paths.

Notes:
This is still an alpha release. Update/install actions remain user-controlled; the tool does not silently replace installed mods.
