Overall support doesn't exist. This program Like many of the newer ones expect you to be a beta tester.

They publish with many errors and when you try to connect to support they give you a a lot of pages to try. If you are like me, and not an IT person, a lot of it doesn't make sense. If I have a problem I want to either talk or chat with someone who can help me. NOT someone who will give me a list of pages to read so I can discover what their problem is.

I'll be uninstalling this as soon as I can get all my passwords sorted out.

If you lost your email password Lastpass will send a link to your email so you can reset it.
If I could read my email I wouldn't have contacted LastPass to reset the password.

I know there have to be better password programs available I just have to find one.
Sometimes when I change passwords it doesn't update them correctly or doesn't update them at all. If you update a password make sure you also update it in LastPass.

I would recommend anyone who uses LastPass keep printed list of all your passwords available because you will need it regularly.

Like the one in Chrome (Ctrl+Shift+X).

Generally a very good experience. Appears to be broken as of FF 90.0.2 from this page. Please use the official site: https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php as it appears to have a compatible extension that works with FF 90.0.2

Constantly breaks completely. Will not function.

Worked until it didn't, and the free tier has gotten annoying with the device limit. Latest versions caused a lot of lag in Firefox. Jupyter notebooks became unbearably slow with the extension enabled. Disabled it, and it fixed all the lag. Goodbye Lastpass, you were great until you weren't anymore.
