Look up Japanese anywhere: Twitter, Wikipedia, YouTube subtitles, e-books, newspapers, whatever interests you. Show pitch accent information along with dictionary entries.Recognizes a wide range of grammatical forms (e.g. 兼した, 食べてた, 分からん、じーちゃん、頑張ろー、そーゆー, 買っとく) and highlights relevant entries from the name dictionary too.Translates Japanese yen amounts, Japanese numbers, Japanese-era years, 畳/帖 measurements, shogi moves etc.Provides separate kanji and name dictionaries.Updates all the dictionaries automatically twice a week in the background.

Look up Japanese words with the hover of a mouse.

After enabling the add-on from the toolbar (or press Alt+R) simply hover over Japanese text and a popup displays corresponding dictionary definitions.
