color selection based on stardock windowblinds included windows classic skin. basically that means all #BDBEBD and #000000. I made some stylistic choices including the pale yellow from tooltip backgrounds. Maybe I'll change it to #000475 "active blue" sometime but right now it feels right.

v2.0: i did not know what "frame inactive" did and it used to turn the tabs black and now it does not. also the download icon turns pale yellow now instead of low-contrast red!

v2.1: changed up search bar etc
