Privacy Policy for Substack Archive Explorer

1. Information We Collect
   Local Data: All indexed data (post titles, dates, interaction metadata, and full text for Pro users) is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. We do not have access to this data.
   User Accounts: We use Google OAuth via Supabase for Pro features. We collect your Email Address and basic profile info solely for account identification.
   Usage Data: We track daily indexing counts and subscription status to manage quotas.
2. Data Storage
   Local Storage: Indexed archives stay in your browser's IndexedDB. You can clear this any time.
   Cloud Data: Account and subscription data are securely stored using Supabase and Firestore.
3. Permissions
   storage/unlimitedStorage: To save settings and manage large local archives.
   identity: Used for Google OAuth login.
   Host Permissions: Necessary to fetch archive data from Substack's servers.
