New features:

Inject JavaScript code, e.g. to activate debugging mode or initialize a custom data layer
Rewrite or block requests, e.g. to load development environments or block domains for testing

The new default setting in the Dev Tools is that the data layer is overwritten on updates. Previously, a history of the data layer was created when changes were detected. This behavior can be changed in the settings.
