Privacy Policy — Sidekick Agent Browser Extension

Sidekick Agent (“the Extension”) is a companion to the Sidekick desktop agent, developed by Axe Payments Ltd.

What the Extension does
The Extension sends the URL and page title of your active browser tab to the Sidekick desktop agent running locally on your computer. This communication uses the browser’s Native Messaging protocol and never leaves your device.

Data collection
The Extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. No analytics, telemetry, or tracking is included in the Extension.

Data shared with the desktop agent
The active tab’s URL and page title are sent to the locally installed Sidekick desktop agent via a local IPC channel. How that data is subsequently processed is governed by the Sidekick desktop agent’s privacy policy and your organisation’s data handling agreement.

Third-party services
The Extension does not communicate with any third-party services.
