ReadAloud lets you read web pages aloud with Firefox’s built-in voices or optional Google Cloud Text-to-Speech voices. Use the overlay to target a paragraph or word, play, pause, stop, change speed and volume, choose a voice, and follow word-by-word highlighting. Google mode is opt-in; native Firefox voices keep page text in Firefox.
