Outreach adds project-aware AI email drafting tools to Fastmail for Firefox desktop.

Features:
- Draft replies and new messages inside the Fastmail composer.
- Edit bundled AI profiles or create custom profiles with their own facts and sending identity.
- Follow a guided setup for connecting a Codex App Server.
- Review, edit, copy, save, and insert generated text.
- Import contacts from CSV and generate up to 100 drafts per batch.
- Open prepared contact emails in Fastmail.
- Send an individual prepared email using the clearly labeled “Send in Fastmail” action.
- Track when each contact draft was opened or sent.
- Recover up to 10 temporary per-email drafts for 24 hours.

Outreach verifies the visible Fastmail sending identity, recipient, and inserted content before continuing with contact actions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should be
reviewed before use.

Draft generation requires a separately configured Codex App Server and access to the selected OpenAI model. These services may require payment. Outreach does not provide a hosted AI
service.

Selected email or contact data, addressing context, instructions, and one bundled or user-edited AI profile are sent to your configured Codex server and may be processed by OpenAI.
Profiles, settings, contacts, drafts, and action history are stored locally in Firefox. Outreach includes no analytics, advertising, or telemetry.

Plain ws:// connections are unencrypted. Use localhost, an encrypted tunnel, or wss:// when transport protection is required.
