Logs.tf Extended Plus per Masonator

Adds the following information when viewing single logs:
- Highest/Most recent RGL division played for the current gamemode (depending on setting)
- RGL and ETF2L usernames with links
- Current RGL team for the current gamemode
- The percentage of damage dealt by each player out of all damage dealt in the match or by their team (depending on setting)
- Ratio of damage dealt to damage received
- Medic heals per minute while alive, calculated roughly using an average respawn time of 14 seconds
- Heals given per minute to each player

Adds the following information when viewing a player's profile:
- Class played in each log, with class and weapon stats (as well as Medic stats if Medic was played)
- Final score of each log
