Enable PiP Mode per clef462

This extension restores Picture-in-Picture functionality on websites that disable it. Some sites add the disablepictureinpicture attribute to their video elements, preventing users from enabling PiP.
Enable PiP Mode automatically removes this restriction so that Firefox’s built-in Picture-in-Picture feature can function normally.
